Mascot Guidelines
Myka is calm, capable, and quietly self-assured. Use these expressions to keep him on-brand.
Approved expressions
Unbothered — default state. Half-lidded, relaxed. "I've seen this before, it's handled."
Mild exasperation — slight eye roll or raised brow at unnecessary complexity. Never angry, just really?
Dry amusement — small smirk. Finds it quietly funny that this was ever complicated.
Quiet confidence — straight-faced, steady. The moment just before he solves something effortlessly.
Satisfied — minimal. A slight nod. Not a celebration, just "as expected."
Composed warmth — soft, knowing look. Friendly without performing.
Banned expressions
Wide-eyed excitement — too eager, neurotic energy.
Big open grin — performs happiness, not authentic to the character.
Worried or flustered — even comically, signals the company is uncertain.
Aggressive or smug — exasperation should never tip into contempt for the customer.
Overly warm/friendly — not a people-pleaser, that's a different brand.
Shocked or surprised — Myka is never caught off guard.
Important Notice
